Refund Policy

At Olive Trust, we deeply value every donation and use it to support our charitable programs with utmost responsibility. As a general policy, all donations made through our website are considered final and non-refundable. However, in rare and exceptional circumstances — such as an accidental excess donation, duplicate transaction, or other verifiable error — a refund request may be considered if it is submitted within 7 days of the original transaction date. To process such a request, the donor must provide complete transaction details including the transaction ID, date, amount, and a valid reason. These requests will be carefully reviewed by our finance team, and if approved, the refund will be processed through the original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note that Olive Trust is not responsible for any failed transactions or payment issues where the amount has not been successfully credited to our account. In such cases, donors are advised to directly contact their bank or payment provider for resolution.
